Out-of-Network Insurance Coverage
The Balancia works as an out-of-network provider
with most insurance plans. If you have a PPO
plan, you may be eligible for reimbursement of
approximately 60–80% of costs after meeting your
out-of-network deductible. Our Care Coordination
team is available to help you navigate the
insurance process and clearly understand your
benefits.
To confirm your specific out-of-network
benefits, contact the customer service number on
the back of your insurance card and ask about
coverage percentages for out-of-network
